HOW TO MAKE A PINEAPPLE MICHELADA
PREPARE THE RIM
- Take a lime and cut it into quarters. Use one of the wedges to rim the glass with lime juice.
- Pour a decent amount of Tajin powder onto a plate
- Turn the glass rim side down and slowly roll the rim of glass into the powder. You’ll want a nice coating of chili powder.
MAKE THE DRINK
- Start by filling the glass with ice. We like a full glass of ice
- Find a mixing cup and pour a nice amount of Clamato into it.
- Now add the pineapple juice. We suggest more pineapple juice than Clamato.
- Add a teaspoon of hot sauce into the mixing cup. (add to your spice level)
- Add a teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- Shake the mixing cup to blend all the ingredients
- Pour the mixture from the mixing cup into the glass with ice. Fill about 1/3 up the glass, but no more than half.
- Finish the drink by pouring beer to top off the drink.
GARNISH THE DRINK
- Take a pineapple wedge and mix into the tajin on the plate
- Carefully place the pineapple wedge onto the rim of the glass
